The "2nd Cut" is also called the Point, we see this in BBQ as Burnt Ends, Highly marbled and Chef Randy's favorite cut of the Brisket. Can be smoked, braised or made into chili or Barbacoa. Each 2nd Cut is 3 to 4 lb average weight.
